Use Outlook Sync & Backup for Outlook Backup

Backing up your outlooks data is important whether you want to completely restore a computer following a crash, or to restore small numbers of items after they have been accidentally deleted or corrupted. Backups are typically the last line of defense against data loss. With Outlook Sync & Backup you can back up Outlook data to any USB storage device, all Outlook Backup data are fast and secure. Using Outlook Sync & Backup you can:

 

1. Make a full backup of your Outlook data on USB storage

2. Backup only specific Outlook folders to your USB storage

3. Update Outlook data backups

4. Full restore Outlook data

5. Restore only specific Outlook folders

 

 

1. Make a Full Backup of you Outlook data on USB storage

 

A. On the program main window click 'Full Backup' button and the backup process will start.

 

 

2. Backup only specific Outlook folders to your USB storage

 

A. On the program main window, check the folders you want to backup (e.g. Inbox, Calendar, Contacts, etc.)

 

B. Then select the 'Sync Rule' you want to apply for each of the folders you selected for backup. Two sync rules you can use for this type of backup, see description below:

a) Update USB - Creates and/or updates all items from PC to portable storage.

b) Replace USB - Overwrites all items on the portable storage with the correspondent PC item, deleting first the item from portable storage.

 

C. Then click the 'synchronize' button, and the backup process will start.

 

 

3. Update created backup files on the USB device

 

A. On the main window, check the backup file you want to update,

 

B. then click the 'Load Backup File' button to load it from USB device.

C. check the folders you want to update (e.g. Inbox, Calendar, Contacts, etc.)

 

D. Then select the 'Sync Rule' you want to apply for each of the folders you selected for update. Two sync rules you can use for this type of action, see description below:

E. Then click the 'synchronize' button, and the update process will start.

 

 

4. Full Restore Outlook Data

 

A. On main window, check the backup file you want to restore.

 

B. And then click the 'Load Backup File' button to load it from USB device.

C. Click Full Restore button,

 

D. then prompt a full restore confirm window, click Yes to start full restore.

 

 

5. Restore only specific outlook folders

 

A. On main window, check the backup file you want to restore,

 

B. And then click the 'Load Backup File' button to load it from USB device.

C. Check the folders you want to restore (e.g. Inbox, Calendar, Contacts, etc.)

 

D. Then select the 'Sync Rule' you want to apply for each of the folders you selected for restore.
